i want to know more about why at the lung tuberculosis symptoms often night sweats. Please explain about the mechanism of night sweats.

I can give a simplified answer. The tuberculosis bacteria cause inflammation in the lungs and this produces substances such as leukotrienes. These leukotrienes as well as other substances lead to fevers, sweating and some of the other symptoms in TB
