Sore Throat

I was diagnosed with strep throat yesterday and have taken 3 antibiotic pills. My throat doesn't feel any better yet, and now I have pronounced joint pain, especially in my feet and traveling pain elsewhere. Any thoughts? Do I just need to be patient?

Did you also get an injection of antibiotic as well as the prescription? Ideally, you should have. If you get a lot sicker quickly follow up ASAP with a medical visit. If not then wait.

I didn't get an injection. The throat pain is a bit better so I guess I'll wait.
