Solitary Pulmonary Nodule

I am 32 years old mother for 2 children,I have smoked for almost 3 years in the past,quit 2-3 years ago,I have a family history of brast cancer( my mother's sister)got it when she was 40s,passed away after 5-6years. I have a left breast nodule diagnosed as a fibroadenoma last november.I was admitted to the step down unit last weak with chest pain shortness of breath and left sidded neck pain, all cardiac investigations were done including tredmill test, echo,CT angio they were all negative for any heart problems. spiral CT was done to R/O pulmonary embolism,it was negative for this diagnosis but it showed 2 subcentemeter pulmonary nodules.I still do not know what the next step will be or what am i suppose to do.I still have the same pain and shortness of breath but the doctors say it is nto related to the nodules,they say they might repeat the CT scan in 4 months.
I am writing here to share my story and to get some professional advice and help.
