Solitary Pulmonary Nodule

HELLO in 2002 was xrayed and 5mm nodule was found and followed 2 years via ct scans recent x ray showed 7mm nodule after ct scan was said to be actual 6mm non calcified nodule my queston is a 1mm change in size any thing to worry about I also have COPD moderate in nature

I'm no expert, but I'd think such a small change over a 5 year period should not be of much concern.
