Solitary Pulmonary Nodule

Hi - 1.5 years ago my 17-year old son was diagnosed with bronchiactasis, this was treated with antibiotics and was followed up with x-rays and CT scans. At one of our visits nodules were noticed on his left lung and we were asked to follow up in 3 months, at that time it hadn’t changed. We were asked to come back in 1 year.
Last week we went back for his 1-year appointment and 3 additional nodules were spotted on his lung. The previous ones hadn’t changed.
