Re: I QUIT SMOKINGWhen I stopped smoking, I too was snappy. At first it surprised me.
I walk. It sound silly, maybe even a bit crazy. I just walk. It makes me think of the day, keeps the stress and depression down. I don't know, all I know is that it makes me feel less snappy and my moods are less like a roller coaster. Feel free to email me if you want.
