Smoking

I was just diagnosed with copd 2 months ago. I quit smoking as soon as i looked at my chest x-ray. I just turned 34 and i feel better than i ever did since i quit the dirty habbit.
I found after smoking a pack and a half since i was 13 yrs old. I never really had severe withdrawls. At all. 2 dreams and that’s it. I stay away from all forms of smoke now.
