I just got the cpap machine today. I will try it tomorrow. I have always had insomia and have been a night person most of my life. I work nights for that reason. During the day I feel like you did. I was sleepy but could not sleep. I had a very hard time sleeping with cpap at the study, but I am going to try it. I have gained alot of wait in this past year and have lost alot of my energy and I am very frustrated. Glad I found this site.
