I have sarcoid of salivary gls I have had 5 cysts or granulomas removed now I have anor lump y have said is a granuloma re going to leave it now to see if it stay same or get bigger is r opinion as to to do I'm on no medication. y have already taken salivary gls out on floor of my mouth. If it is felt to be a granuloma, and you have had several removed, if it is asymptomatic it may very well be worth following. Treatment with steroids for granulomas that are not causing signicicant organ damage is generally not recommended.
