Sarcoidosis

I have had sarcoid 20 years it went into remmission n came back in 1994 origiona 1981. y tell me I have large lymph nodes y in my chest pelvis my Mayo doctors seem not too worried believe is same old thing is usual? I have had several CT scans a biopsy on my slivary gls showed sarcoid should I worry about possibility of being something else?
