Sarcoidosis

I have Interstitial Cystitis suggested I try L-Arganine to get some relief. It is an amino acid (OTC). bottle says it increases r lymphocytes. Would increasing my lymphocytes have any effect on my sarcoidosis (in remission currently)? My last blood work said I had .6 lymphocyte count low as it should be in range of 1.2-4.8 My Globulin high at 3.8 (norm 2.3 - 3.6) I don't want to take anything will re-activate sarcoidosis Thanks!

I know of no studies to answer that question. I can't imagine how l arginine would effect it but again to my knowledge there is no science to answer that question.
