Sarcoidosis

My name is Don and I was Diagnosed with Sarcoidosis back in 1995, and at that time I had a wonderful doctor that seamed to be very knowledgable about the disease. After it took the 3 months to figure it out ,they told me it would pass and they didn't want to use steriods, Because at the time I was a little on the heavy side and they were afraid it would make me gain more weight.

Now Intially i was told that once Sarcoidosis goes into remission that the only way it comes back is if they were wrong and it was Lymphoma .

What concerns me now is that I have been having faitgue , Leg swelling , and I have days were every joint in my body hurts to the point i'm taking well over the recommend amount of advil.

But when I ask My doctor and my pulmologist they all say it's just the end reults of my sleep apnea and I will have to live with it because of course sleep apena is for life...A whole nother subject.

Does any one out theere know if there is a colation between the two and is it a good possibility that I can become symptomatic again.
