Sarcoidosis

Hi! I diagnosed Sarcoid in February. I am not on any medication. My doctor wants to see if it goes away on it's own. I go back in May anor chest x-ray. My problem is, I am always tired. I can fall asleep at work, on subway, anywhere. I will mentioned it to my doctor I don't know how much he knows about disease. Is re a specialist in Toronto, Canada? Thank-, Bill
