Sarcoidosis

When I first found out I had sarcoidosis I was shocked as I was a 25 year old white caucasian male who was a fit rugby player, surfer,and recreational golfer(hacker).One morning I woke up with extreme joint pain. If I was to describe it is was arthritic pain in all joints and I walked down the stairs to my car like I was 90 years old.
