How do you cope with Sarcoidosis

Hi, I am 43 years old and was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis in Jan 08. In Jan 07 I was diagnosed with breast cancer I had a masectomy, did some chemo, and thought I was ready to get on with life. I was wrong. I am more tired now than I was on chemo my hips and back ache severely, and headaches come and go all day.
