Pleural Effusion

11/08 diagnosed w/ bilateral pneumonia w/a (R) nodule too close to my pulmonary artery to needle biopsy unersolved w/ Levoquin and Cipro. Now I’ve developed a 2 liter (R) pleural effusion that was tapped. Nodule is not growing so cancer I’m told is a minor risk, The tap has left me w/pleurisy worse than the DOE and SOB from the pneumoniae and effusion. The effusion fluid only showed an excess of WBC’s.
