There is a product called mila which is a whole food grain. My wife, daughter and I have all been taking it for about 8 months. It has done wonders for my wellness. I have bladder issues as well and have seen this help me with mine in addition to the overall health benefits.

A friend of mine who turned me on to the product has a website that explains the product and allows you to order online. You can miss it with your food or I drink it in orange juice and take 1.5 scopes per day. It is recommended that you start out taking one. My friend is a urologist (http://kasraeianurology.com) and he gave it his blessing for me. The website for the product is http://leriksen.lifemax.net, select your country and go to product overview to watch the doctor explain the product.

best of luck :)
