Help Me Please!

IN THE NAME OF GOD
Dear Sir
Iam a 40 years old man and have case of lung injury due to chemical weapons
(mustard agent) in Iran-Iraq war (1982) My problem was controled for 5 years
by medical therapy but recentgy more aggravated.
After that and progressivelydeteriorated.
Spirometery showed 58% decrement in lung function.
I am receiving some drugs such as saibuthamol spray ,cortico steroide, and
Theophylline retard.
For time being I am suffering from repeated episodes of attack and hospital
Admission due to server shortness of breath.(with relatively good response to I.V.
Aminophylline)

It does appear that you are on medications that should help with your lung function. HOwever, the degree of lung injury is hard for me to know. I am not sure why you are having so much trouble recently but you should definately seek out a pulmonologist to help you if you have not done so already. You may also want to consider a second opinion and see if there is anything else that can be done.
