Targeted Therapy for NSCLC

A week ago my fiancee was diagnosed with stage 3b adenocarcinoma with a large plueral effusion, but no apparent metastasis. She is Asian and has never smoked. Because of this her doctor put her on a targeted therapy using Tarceva. We are currently living in Thailand.
