my grandma has lung cancer

My grandma is 80 yr old and she was diagnose with lung cancer 2 weeks ago, I believe it’s stage 3B. Chemotherapy is a possible treatment right now, but the doctor said it going to be very tough. My family and I are keeping it a secret from her keep her from being sad, is that a good idea? I want to let her decide what she wants to do, but it’s hard seeing the one you love going through so much pain.

I am truly sorry to hear your story. I think you should tell your grandma . If she knows that she did not have much more time in this world, she probably will do things that she always wanted. She would want to travel, share more things with all the people she loves. Just tell her every day that you love her, spent more time with her...and you won't regret...
