my husband has been told he has end stage copd he has 17% lung capacity, the doctor just didnt say much,gave him some inhalers and we were out the door..my husband is dieing isnt he ? how long does he have?

We are all dying. It is just a matter of time. If your husband is as bad as you suggest then I recommend that you and he become involved with hospice care. Hospice is just another medical specialty but it deals with the the issues of lifes end. We will all arrive at that place. If it is your husbands time then hospice will make it much easier on everyone.
