I am 46 yrs olf 45% lungs left, cant stop smoking I hgave tried everything-Just recently meds are not working any longer having to take steroid shots to open airways a little relief for a day or so-I cry all the time to have to suffer so much I need friends to get me through this

Hi Karen, I know it is hard and very difficult to "Kick the Habit", I smoked for over 40 yrs. and it was not easy for me, I know what you are going thru. I finally stoped 5 yrss ago, I chose a focal reason, meaning, I looked at my Great Nieces right after they were born, I decided I would not subject them to 2nd had cigarette smoke, that just may help you.
