Chronic Cough

My husband has been spitting blood all day,,he says hes fine and dont need to see a doctor,,although i feel different based on a medical history.He gets sharp pains and dizziness when i ask if hes okay,,it looks like hes hiding the pain,hes also so young so really i dont know if i should beat myself worring.
