Strange Chest Pains-Need Help Identifying the Cause

Post a new topicby Guest on Sat Mar 12, 2005 2:51 am

First of all I'm 13 (yes 13) yrs old and 95pnds. For about three years I've been having all sorts of weird chest pains. The first thing I had was a constant ache coming from my heart. It was always there, and it didn't go away for about a year. Sometimes I could feel a very slight pressure on my chest. I also got sudden, startling, intense, shooting, jolts of pain coming from my chest that just happen out of no where. While everything else has stopped, these have procedded unceasingly. Only now they happen much more recently. While I used to have these jolts say, once a month or so, I now have them on a daily basis. Sometimes they come from other areas besides my heart, usually in the upper body, but sometimes in my legs or feat. I also have a similar pain that I get. Its very intense; it starts in my chest and disables me to take in much air. I have to breath shallowly untill it goes away.I also think my heart beats faster than it should. And sometimes I skip beats or have a few ultra fast beats that suddenly start and then go back to normal, leaving me shocked.
