Chest Pain

I have had chest pain for two and a half years I have had numerous tests done. I have not had any in depth tests though that look at my heart. I have constant numbness in the center of my chest, pain on my upper left back, and it radiates down my left arm.
I am twenty two years old and the last few days it has become worse. I feel it when I eat, after I exercise and when I take a deep breath.
