Does sinusitis contrie to asthma When "I keep ,my nose clean" I am ashtma free. I am constantly using different antbiotics my sinusitis.

You are absolutely correct. There is a link between sinus problems and difficulty controlling ones asthma. Sinusitis is one of the well known triggers for poorly controlled asthma. Why this is is not well understood but appears to be a reflex of some sort. The cells lining the nasal passages and sinuses are very similar to those lining the airways. For instance, many of the experiments to understand the lung problems in cytic fiboris are performed on nasal epithelial cells. There is probably a reflex mechanism between when the nasal epithelium and the airways. One experiment took rabbits and irritated their sinuses and they began wheezing. The bottom line is that controlling sinus disease can significantly improve ones asthma control.
