I have here a request which may appear out of contest but please, bear with me.

For a research aimed to submit a thesis in partial fulfillment of the requirements for my Degree of Interpreter, I need to reconstruct a typical interview by means of questions and answers in a doctor-patient dialogue that you could possibly have experienced.

Four or five questions & answers both the doctor's and your's (or as many as you feel), or conversation exerts about your visit, will be extremely helpful to me.

Although the column "Questions to Ask your Doctor about Allergies" is very interesting, it is still not descriptive enough to build the sort of dialogue I am looking for.

Thank you in advance for helping. I hope this topic could also be, if not of intereset, at least a curiosity to other forums visitors.
