Not sure which forum to use, but I am an asthmatic with the following disease process, so I guess this is as good as any to start with.
Question: What is the most current treatment for ABPA? And where am I able to get as much info on it as possible. And Doctors well versed on the treatment/and research of ABPA in the Orange County, California area?

The current treatment of ABPA includes steroids such as prednisone. There is some literature to support the use of itraconazole as well. There are excellent pulmonologists at both UC Irvine and at Kaiser in Anaheim. They should be able to help you.
